That means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Singapore, South Korea, China and United States. These are our trusted suppliers and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Q: What is your Return and Refund Policy?
A: Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED/UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Cannot be returned products are intimate or sanitary goods, items for personal use (make up, lipsticks, brassiere, panties, lingeries, etc), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), in a form of store credit.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.
If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a store credit for the original price of the item as quickly as possible.
Q. What will I do if I received a damaged product.
A: Please send a picture to email@example.com as a proof.
Q: Can you deliver to my Province?
A. We can deliver almost anywhere. Shipping time is 3-20 business days for Item on Hand and 3-4 weeks for Pre-orders Item.
Q: I made a mistake on my order.
A: Please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook at @furrpleshop. We can only make changes to orders that are ordered in less than 8 hours. If it is more than 8 hours that passed, then there is a less chance that we can make any changes.
Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where is the rest of my order.
A: We have a large assortment of products not stocked on hand, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once … they are on the way!
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can only cancel your order 8 hours upon ordering. We process all orders as fast as we can so if you want to cancel your order, let us know immediately at email@example.com or message us at Facebook @furrpleshop. If you ordered it more than 8 hours and if it has been shipped, unfortunately we can't cancel it anymore and make any changes.
Item ships from abroad are final and no cancellation allowed if you requested it more than 8 hours upon ordering. It cost us to send the items in the Philippines, so you should complete your order.
Q: I ordered Items on Hand and Pre-order.
A: They will be delivered separately. Items on Hand will be delivered in 3-20 business days and Pre-order items will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Both are available for Cash on Delivery.
